I did a small fix in rti2rto, and also might have made it a little faster... although this last part might not be true, i'm currently too lazy to verify.

Download fixed version here: http://tbhost.eu/tools/rti2rto.exe

this one should at least fix the memory allocation problem, where the previous workaround was to move the smaller .rti file into another directory.

Oh thank you god. Ive been scratching my head for over an hour trying to figure out why it would just give me an error and crash, leaving only one 128mb file.... This fixed it!!

I'm attaching a patch for rti2rto http://www.freerainbowtables.com/download/rti2rto_src.ziip so that it compiles in linux. I also cleaned up the makefile for the clean task.
