First of all you need a tool that generates .rt tables.
Here are 2 of them
WinRTgen,
rainbow-crack. (i would use rainbow-crack because it's a little faster)
Next you need to have in mind what hardware you have : how much storage you want to use with rainbow tables, and the speed of your computer/s.
So I ask you, how much storage do you want to sacrifice and what CPU ?
After you answer this, we will talk about the
charSet you want to generate first.

Let say I want to do a table with a different charset ?
Are you talking about a custom charset ? Of course, you can edit the charset.txt and add a new, custom charset. But keep in mind, you need to use that exact charset.txt file when you use the cracker.
