hey guys, i need to crack this hash, so i tried to use rcracki. but it always says "can't open charset configuration file". here you see my screen...  please explain me how to use this programm in the correct way

the charset should be in the current working directory... run rcracki from the directory it is located in... *hmm, i might just change that behaviour... kind of silly like this *

it's all in the same directory, i just used the charset.txt you linked

it doesn't work...now it says "this table contains hashes with length 8 only..."
i don't know how many letters the password contains oO
can anybody please help?

i downloaded the first part of "lm_all-space_1-7" and my question is if i can already now try the crack the password ( i have to split the hash up in D419540289ACB9BE and 8C7B06BDA3ADABFF, right?). please help me

yes you can using part of the set just reduce the success probability, that's it
