What cracking time am I looking at when using ntlm_mixalpha-numeric-all-space#1-8 to crack 10k+ users (on whichever hardware you suggest)?

About 2 weeks at 1 BLinks/sec for 10k hashes. The brute force point of this table set is 83,810 but there is a difference in speed between RTs and brute force so it's actual brute force point is nearer to 20,000.

Can you give me some examples of hardware setups that can achieve this?

If you count software that isn't done yet then it will take 3xGTS 450s (902 billion clock-cores) to get 1 BLinks/sec.
If you are using rcracki_mt 0.7b then it will take 11xGTS 450s (3,307 billion clock-cores).

Although I don't know how these will perform because it's a new configuration 192 SPs/SM vs 48 SPs/SM for a GTS 450 and 8 SPs/SM for a 9800 GTX+.
GTX 670 has 1,230 billion clock-cores
GTX 680 has 1,545 billion clock-cores
GTX 690 has 2,811 billion clock-cores

Note that a 9800 GTX+ is a little faster than a GTS 450 even though is has a lower clock-cores. It has to do with the throughput of some instructions. Although the opposite is true for rcracki_mt 0.7b.
235 billion clock-cores (9800 GTX+)
301 billion clock-cores (GTS 450)
